• Advising the private equity business of one of the World’s wealthiest individuals on the restructuring of part of their workforce
• Advising an Indian listed multinational on TUPE outsourcing issues on a European level
• Representing a major technology company in a board room dispute with a high profile director
• Successfully defending a US based technology business in a series of unfair dismissal claims following a redundancy exercise
• Successfully defending a FTSE 250 company against a serial litigant in person (that litigant having served 22 different claims against our client)
